Hello everyone! I am an analyst at a PE firm wanting to move to Sales (particularly in tech). I have been working in the TMT sector in finance for 8 months and I am looking to vecome more knowledgeable in this new sector (tech sales). Does anyone have any advice regarding jon opportunities /best companies / any other relevant info? Thanks!
P.s - I am spanish an would prefer to work in Spain, although i wouldn't mind travelling if the opportunity is lucrative!

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. I’m in an interesting dilemma. Very interested in leaving my company, but I am also going through IVF. I know most new jobs require a year wait before you can go on maternity leave. I lead our SOC practice for a US mid tier cpa/consulting firm. I've been losing a lot of deals due to lower cost / boutique vendors who are partnered with these SOC automation platforms (Vanta, Laika, etc.).
