I'm not sure of where to go after that, but I doubt I will stick with recruiting or my current firm.

At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”. That’s a 65 hour work week as-is but I currently am up until midnight working consistently. For context I’ve been rated as a strong performer consistently and am not new to the job so it’s not a lack of understanding.

Anyone have any recommendations for an office chair that’s super comfortable for someone that doesn’t sit like a normal human? I always sit either cross legged, knees up, etc.
