I have recently joined a company in September and my training is still going on. Is it appropriate to ask for 1 week leave so soon for vacation purposes? Feeling nervous that they will take my request in a negative way as the KT sessions are going in a rapid pace. I don't want to be perceived as the guy who is not interested in the job. Which company send employees to onsite soon? If we consider normal times and keep covid out of picture. I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. I will switch again next year but would really like to join company which send it's people onsite soon.. any suggestions?? P.S. I am saying soon because of family responsibilities I may have just 2-3 years afterwards I need to be in India. Thanks.
