I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. Have you seen women wear ties and "masculine"-looking suits to work? Was it accepted by client and team? I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing). It sounds great, but I am worried about the disruption this industry is facing with Robo advisors and other low cost, DIY options. I’d want to make sure the clients stay through the transition, and I don’t want to join a dying industry. Thoughts and advice?

However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I know we can't blame clients who are not competent and cannot provide material in timely manner, but dang it they can't just ask us to perform miracles without giving us any requirements or objectives.
