I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. My boss is always making last minute changes to my schedule. Adding shifts or asking me to cover for other people. Any advice on how to handle this? I want to be a team player but the last minute changes stress me out.
