So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?

Those that make $150K+, how did you do it? I’m 27, I have an MBA in marketing and 5 years of experience with bidding, but am only making $75K. I want to break the six figure mark, but I don’t see many jobs in my area that pay that much. What’s a good industry to get into and how? I’d like to make enough to start investing in real estate to start generating passive income but can’t do that with my current salary.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I work in FP&A consolidations at a large sell side bank. I moved internally after working in the planning group of a Working Capital Solutions business. They have started offering added incentives and low balling due to market conditions. What do I have and what can I do to sell mine? Or should I give up and just rent it out and wait? $530k HHI, $250k cash on hand, $1.2M investments/retirement. Plan to buy $800-900k house as our first home, but thinking of the best approach given rates today. My thinking is that we (i) put $200k+ down and get a 5/1 ARM. (ii) put everything we save moving forward toward paying down the principal (after maximizing retirement accounts). Should be able to do $100k per year. (iii) If rates go down below 4.5ish % for 15 year fixed, refinance and stop aggressive payment. Thoughts on this approach?
