HR project support role. YOE 2.5. The recruiter says budget is 10 LPA and I’m already at that salary. How much further can I ask?

Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it.
