Desperately feel like I need to transition from BigLaw (Commercial Real Estate) out of the legal profession and into something more business focused. Any suggestions on where to look to not take a monster salary hit?!

I have a new client who, I think, got bad legal advice from someone else she consulted with. From the information I have, there is no way she gets to the numbers I do. I work in a pretty small legal community. How do I address this delicately? My client is hung up on “but that’s not that X said” even though I’ve explained it multiple times and way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am a consumer debt collection attorney at a major regional firm specializing in that field. Ask me anything about my job.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Got promoted from SDR to Sales Associate in a small SaaS. A quick search online says the average salary for this position in NY is 83k base. I need to negotiate it today…

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects.
