What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

People Who Know, Know BDO🗣️🗣️🗣️
I would agree. Lots of overhead at Big4 and next tier firms with a long national history (BDO RSM GT) can deliver the goods just as well for all but the largest clients
In your opinion, how did BDO provide best value? From a monetary perspective or from quality of service?
Also, which firm did you like working for the most?
I work for CohnReznick. We would typically try to set up a call with subject matter experts within a few days at most the week.
I’m a tax director in industry and my company uses PwC for most of our US based services. We used to use GT because my boss was a former GT auditor but they were terrible and we’ve since switched to PwC which has been much better. PwC charges more but everything is better, the technical knowledge is there, and they’re responsive and communicate promptly. I worked at PwC and EY prior to this and can say, the service you receive from a team shouldn’t shape your entire view of any firm. It’s really team specific, you know tone at the top. PwC left a bad taste in my mouth when I left them for EY years ago but now they “work” for me and it’s been a very good relationship. When selecting your next service provider you’ll just have to put your best foot forward and set expectations and communicate. If they don’t work out, fire them and hire another firm. That’s what we did.
Why do you think people want a thread about you?
I’m here to follow up
Was looking at inspection findings this week and BDO has deficiency rate of like 60% from inspection findings… Idk that I’d say they’re adding more value.
