Hi sorry I’m a bit confused. You are entering the firm as a new Analyst, correct? We pay all Analysts who enter through the Grad Program the same, no matter where you are based, what team you’re on, or what school you went to. To my knowledge, full-time Analysts are not eligible for overtime.
It could be that SF law requires overtime pay, could be worth a google search because I’ve never heard of overtime for a salaried/exempt role.
Somewhere between 80-90 would be typical. No, overtime is not likely. You’d make too much to be OT eligible. Probably 50-60 hours - but you should be prepared to do more to get up to speed.
$85k salary on average
OP- this is the same at Bofa. Range is around 85k, no negotiation.

Our interns at our large bank don’t get to negotiate comp or anything really they all get the same pay. The only differences is for COL adjustments. There is no overtime here either for them and nor have I ever heard of an intern getting OT for a FT position but to work overtime is to be expected depending on the Line of Business.
Regarding comp I cannot say since I only know about my interns for my area of work so I cannot advise.
