I’d love to chat, also a PM and looking for similar exit oops…
Which would you prefer to do?
If you respect the company, the product, and the culture, is it enough to balance out that title and comp for you? I think that’s really what this boils down to.
I spend a lot of time thinking about the role that comes next after the one I’m interviewing for. If you see yourself wanting to do strategy work for the next 10 years, go for Salesforce. Otherwise, it’s just the opportunity cost of the delta.
I’d go with SF. Congrats! How did you get offers from tech if you’re in healthcare (is that what HC means)?
Human capital consulting
What does PM mean? If product manager, I'd pick LinkedIn. Consider culture too. I think SF prioritizes sales more than LI, so you as a strategist are more likely to be a 2nd class citizen. However, I think SF is more open to remote work, so that could be a consideration.
M1 agreed. Direct access to Csuite in this specific role
Interesting, where are you based?
