16k aed is below average salary

See Dubai is not Europe or Canada that we say go for the experience

Dubai one goes only to save crores in few years and return and make a house

Otherwise it's literally same as any Indian metro city in terms of living

India would be much more sensible, given the Dubai salary is very low.

Your total Years of Experience are ten years. It is high time to think about how to settle down in your life. Before deciding, I would like to request you to buy the https://www.expatarrivals.com/guide/expat-arrivals-dubai-guide-pdf. It cost around INR 800.

When you are working abroad, your currency is not Indian Rupees, but rather that country's currency.

When you are planning to migrate to another country, the first thing you need to think about is the cost of leaving of that country in terms of it's local currency.

The biggest question about going abroad and making your fortune is how much you can save and lead a decent life there.

Remember, you cannot become a citizen of Dubai.

As your aspiration to make money, make sure you think properly here. Try to calculate your tax and income here in India using the income tax calculator, https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/pages/tools/income-tax-calculator.aspx.

What are you sacrificing here -

1. Your family and friends.
2. Your known working environment.
3. living in a country where the culture differs from your home country.

What are you gaining -

1. Enough saving for your life to make sure you can lead a decent life with your family after retirement.

Hence your gain must be justified and equal to the sacrifices you make at this point in your life.

Dubai jaao bhai. Unmarried ho. You have a world to explore plus tax free income.

It's nota great offer. First calculate you monthly expenses and see what you have left with. If you want exposure try canada or uk.
Fyi if you have 24 lpa you can counter offer of 28 to 30 lpa.

Dubai salary is low. If you want to explore and don't have any dependency in India, you can opt for Dubai.

Take the Indian offer brother ,
