D2, I’m heading into industry to do Corp Dev / Strat at a fortune 200. Deloitte’s been great I just don’t want to travel. The benefits to my home life from being local are more important. I’m scared but I’ll make it work
With or without MBA And which office, OP?
Northeast, don’t want to get too specific
Probably 7-10%
My agreement was like 19-21% as a bonus cap. So 10% seems fair if it is a 3. Obviously hoping for more
Agreement in your offer?
Yeah
Interesting, bonus is all based on performance and firm performance.
I had a cap of the highest percentage I could earn. It was in the 19-21% range. It was very specific, for example 20.4%
Where you thinking of headed OP? I’m also an SC in S&O Finance and it looks like we’re in the same boat lol
That is just the most you can earn with a 1. But as DD said it also depends on how the firm did so that cap is only an example is not firm!
4 to 6%
