2nd year SC in S&O finance, what can I expect for a bonus with a 3 rating? I had 90% utilization and solid reviews. Wonder if it’s worth staying until Sept or to leave for the right opportunity...

Need some advice: I currently do corp dev and FP&A for a smaller company and just got an offer for about double my salary at a F200 company. The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A. My goal is eventually to crack into ib, do you think I should take the job and the pay bump or stay at my current role and try to lateral in to ib.

Got PwC Associate position in MC. They offered 20fixed + upto 20%variable (after a lot of negotiations). I think they lowballed me. 🥺

I was Sr. associate in previous organisation. (Ctc 15+)

Background: Old IIM MBA
Work ex: Total 4+ years. ( 2+ post mba, 2 pre mba)

I am not able to justify the designation to myself. What are your views? please help me rationalize if I was lowballed or not.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable.
