3 years exp is a little light. They prob want 5 and it’s difficult to determine without gmat.

I feel like we have seen acceptance rates fly up lately, you never know. I regret not shooting higher for my MBA

Not without GMAT for Sloan
Out of topic but curious. why did you choose Sloan? Doing my own research in regards which MBA program I want to join.
Only M7 school with a GMAT waiver

Leave it a bit longer. You’ll get more out of it.
Pro
Why not just do like an intense week or two prep for GMAT and see what you get? Do you need to submit it if it isn’t good? You might do better than you think with minimal prep given your education.
Prep the GMAT first. It's hard to see without it.
What's the rush? If you're applying to schools just because they have a gmat waiver, it seems like your priorities are questionable, or there is at best more to the story.
Wait another year, prep, and apply to more schools unless you have a burning platform right now.
Chief
Wait a year and take the gmat.
You have a strong background but not one particularly unique. I think a solid gmat score will significantly level you up.
You are also a little light in yoe, so an extra year will only help
Pro
Work another year or so then apply. Are you doing GSAP with D? That helps a lot with admissions.
Rising Star
Not great chances due to low ranked UG but would be improved if you did really well on gmat and showed fast progression at work
Top 50 state school? There are only 50 states.
haha should have clarified. Top 50 school that happens to be a public state school (not private)
