Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.
