3 years post MBA strategy consultant looking for an exit to Mgr/ Senior Manager strategy position in the tech industry. What is the salary range I should be expecting ?

found a role i’m really interested in and came across a post about it from hiring manager with a “reach out if you’re interested”. I’ve got a few connections to the company - is it better to try to go through someone I’m connected with in a different department and try to get referred, or just jump on the hiring manager’s post and reach out to them cold?

My company Priceline has an opening for business analyst with min 4 years exp. Hybrid work culture allowed for the same.
