Why not? You can have the pick of the litter of where you want to work. With the MBA there won't be an excuse for a company not to talk to you
Do it! MBA is best two years of your life and will allow you to career switch more easily.
Yes, you will have access to great career counselors. At least at Tuck the experience was amazing and a lot of consultants ended up doing very different things
Thanks everyone - the only thing that is holding me back is the financials. Just finished paying back undergrad, and the thought of being back in debt with no guarantee of a better, higher paying job is daunting...has anyone done it before?
Do part-time MBA if you don't want to get into MBB or I-banking.
If you do full-time MBA, you will come out with $200k debt (assuming you use student loan to finance your study)
Part time thing is new in thing. It makes so much sense
Do you need it? Sure it might be fun but can you get to where you want without spending a other 150k+. MBB can be got to without it as well, I-banking is tougher, industry it just depends on the company and the role.
Part-timer here! Best decision ever. Pwc helps pay, I have income, and far less debt. Not sure what I'm doing after but I'm sure I'll have options outside of advisory. Happy at pwc though so we shall see.
