Going from one big4 to another is basically the easiest way to get money
I came to KPMG from Deloitte for nearly a 50% raise lol
Can confirm. 63% raise

Do you like more money?
Coach
Well it’s not “no risk”, but that risk is certainly greatly offset by the raise lol. Take it OP.
60% raise? To go to a competitor? Do you really need someone else to tell you that’s a good idea? 🤣
Coach
No, don’t do it. What’s the point of making more money for the same work? Stay where you are and make less
thanks for clarifying D2 😘

Honestly it’s not going to be that much different than kpmg or Deloitte or pwc. I say go for it. That’s a lot of money.
Unless you have a killer network that will make you become a partner at KPMG, come on over
You can always boomerang after a couple years if you want to go back and no longer be underpaid.
Coach
Go for it.
Do it!!
I only got a 50% raise 🤔
But I’m taking it happily, Congrats OP! lol we might start together
Amen to that K4
What level?
I assume you are getting a title bump, too? Associate to senior consultant ?
From what base to what base? Sounds like you're underpaid
So from what base to what base?
Duh
No brainer to me
EY or Parthenon?
Go for it
It was nice knowing you :)
60%? I wouldn't think twice about that!
