If I move from working at a bank to consulting, would it be easy/difficult to move back to work at a bank Or NBFC in future?

How does one decide whether to move to consulting from industry? Or vice versa?

PS: I'm not talking about investment banking but jobs like data analytics or F&A at banks.

Is it realistic to join KPMG Lighthouse or Gamma without a Masters degree but with previous experience as a data scientist at a big data startup?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Grateful for any advice - thanks in advance!

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? Any Accenture Interactive account folks on what makes a successful Account Lead at AI. I've been approached for a "Digital Transformation Executive" role, but my knowledge of digital transformation/CX/BX is cursory at best.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Does anyone know about designation hierarchy in Wipro consulting? Also, do they have bonus apart from fixed compensation? I will soon have an HR evaluation and compensation discussion and would like to have an idea before the discussion. The designation mentioned is Consultant, but I think over 7+ years of experience should be given AM designation.

In Capgemini, Some of my clearances are auto cleared and some are still pending. I have my last working day on Dec. first week.

Do we have to write mail to every department to get the clearance? How is the process can anyone help.
