Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

Probably decent for Florida but that’s a lot of hours for that salary. Idk if you’re underpaid regionally but I would never stay at a job for that pay and those hours.
Yeah i hear this. Probably because I switched areas of practice in my 6th year. Pretty sure the attys with my yoe but been here longer are all making 200-215k. Think the firm caps associates out at low 200s.
LCOL city? I'm 8 years out, also at 175K, but 1900 billables. But in my market, that's pretty good. Small-ish Midwestern city.
Feels low, but I know it’s very market-dependent. For context I was making 175k as a 2nd year with a 1700 billing requirement for a small sized IP firm, fully remote.
7 years (8 come September) $400k base, $83k bonus, 1800 hours, commercial lit at national firm in FTL. You are extremely underpaid and should look to lateral or garner a competing offer.
Oh well that explains it. Your OG post says mid size commercial lit. My practice is 70% commercial lit, 30% white collar.
