Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

It's your path. There is no good or bad. Are you happy? Do you live the lifestyle you want? What goals do you have...can you meet them? Are you in HCOL or LCOL? are you living within your means?
Those are the important questions.
Exactly. Comparison is the thief of joy.
🙄🙄🙄🙄
Some people never get to that TC. It took myself and all my friends in marketing, product and engineering 10-15 years to make over $100k so congrats, you’re ahead of the majority of Americans salary potential in their lifetime but I don’t think anyone needed to tell you that, you just wanted a little ego boost.
This is pretty good pay and adjusted per current market. Now if you are comparing to someone in tech whose total package is $250+ then that’s a different thing. You’ll have to understand that most of those tech firm pay a big chunk with RSUs and base pay is usually lot lower than $170k. Whereas at EY your base pay is higher, bonus is probably more of less around the same as some of Tech counterparts but what’s missing is the extra money through RSU. Anyways, after all this scaling back and layoffs, I think unfortunately the market is going to readjust and look a lot like how it was pre-pandemic and become employers market than employee’s market 😞. So in relation, you are doing well. I will suggest that it’s one thing to benchmark and it’s another to constantly compare. If your post was for benchmarking purpose then I understand but if it was to get some validation then you need to do some internal work.
Terrible.
Lmao people are mad you want to discuss compensation on a compensation thread. For 7 YOE I’d expect your comp could be a little bit higher if you wanted but that’s assuming you’re in a HCOL and field that pays competitively. You’re fine
Nah horrible your behind. Get to it
I’m at 5 years with 200k
Not sure of what sector you work in and it is all relative. But overall, you are doing grrr-eat!!
Ahead of the the curve.. good job
How do you feel about it?
