The Situation: Got one offer from Deloitte USI Senior Consultant role. Hybrid BA/PM work.

HR refuses to negotiate beyond a CTC match. No other offers.

My Dilemma:

1. Is a 0% hike at senior consultant level common for PMs?
2. Brand value vs. 2 years of pay stagnation?
3. Risky to decline and hunt for ₹30L+ while unemployed?

Advice needed: Should I take this safety net or keep looking for 20-40% hike and better opportunities?

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. I have never received a grade increase for the time that I was there, yet all of my reviews have been favorable down to me being able to receive monetary bonuses. Most of the companies look for JAVA full stack with Angular. And when we encountered with interviews we just got evaluated on JAVA 8, Spring Boot etc. If person having 10+ experience in which first 6-7 years working in Java 7 and since last few years working in Angular still they mentioned our primary is Java and angular good to have.

Being the curious, how could be all skills mentioned in resume would be current skill.

And then ask Java dev to work on angular and they mess up things.
