A consulting firm reached out to me last week...57 weeks after I interviewed, asking me to have a 6th and final round with the head of a practice. Fifty seven weeks after. When I asked what role this was for considering it’s been...errr... over one year(!!) since we communicated - the internal recruiter gave me the “per my last email”. Dudes last email was 390+ days ago to me... 🥴. If they gave me an offer I’d still leave because Capco is an utter joke.

I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Deloitte Finance Strategy what work to you do?

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible. Applying for an Associate role at McK Ops practice after being actively sourced by multiple recruiters. I was excited about it at first, but struggling to find bandwidth for case practicing. I’ve pushed interviews to a later time already to accommodate for my schedule, but now I’m even busier than before.
