A couple of weeks ago I failed a phone interview with the HM. The recruiter told me I should wait 6 months to reapply and be considered to have more experience and more job examples to talk in the interview. Today I got a LinkedIn message from another recruiter inviting me to apply and to schedule a call with her for another role. Can they still recycle me even before the 6 months I was told? Or once she realizes I failed a phone interview this process will be over as well?

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one.
