Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Can’t say for GS or MS but at JP culture has been great in my experience. Pros: helpful, decent training just ask questions, nice ppl/ Cons: heavy workload so ppl can get stressed or anxious to deal with at times. I honestly really think it varies from team to team but if your manager is good I think most ppl have a fine time
I agree. I love JP better than MS in terms of culture and training.
GS mo/bo
You’ll build a lot of camaraderie with your colleagues because it sucks. Ops feels like second class citizens at GS but the people you work with around you make up for it.
New joiners learn by drinking from a fire hose, trial by fire, etc. you do learn really quick, but turnover is equally quick.
Generally decent people, but really depends on the team and manager.
I’ve enjoyed my MS role. I’ve learned a great deal from my colleagues and the culture/atmosphere has been very inviting. We speak the the BU daily and they also treat us very well at least for the team I work with
Depends what area of JPM. Vastly different cultures across the business units.
