I don’t eat breakfast, and my body prefers an extended fasting schedule that way. So if you’re not craving a breakfast, I think you’re good… but if you know you’re prone to a 2pm crash, try to schedule a meal around 12pm!

That’s a great point. I’ve heard a lot of people say fasting actually helps them feel more focused. Maybe I just need to time my lunch better instead of forcing breakfast.
Breakfast really does make all the difference to me. There is some research out there showing that skipping breakfast has both short-term and long-term consequences on cognitive function. Make yourself some oatmeal or an egg sandwich or something. Fast, easy, no more 2pm crash.

That’s fair. I keep hearing the same thing! Maybe it’s time I stop pretending coffee counts as breakfast and actually try the oatmeal route 😅
Not really. I'll have some Greek yogurt and a piece of toast along with my coffee some mornings. Others I'll skip and just go straight for the caffeine. I don't notice a big change in energy or productivity either way.

That sounds pretty balanced! I’m kind of the same, some mornings I grab something small and quick, others it’s just coffee, and honestly I can’t tell much difference either 😅

Nope not at all. I can’t stomach food in the morning! I’ll eat a breakfast bar at about 10:30/11 in the office and then have lunch around 12:30/1pm, but I usually have a big lunch!
I tried to change my habits but it genuinely just made me feel sick eating it ahaha, not worth it for me!
Since I’ve been going to the gym in the mornings though, I have found myself being more hungry!

I totally get that! Eating first thing just doesn’t sit right with me too. Funny how working out in the mornings flips that switch though!

I’m not a breakfast person, but I need breakfast to function. Most days I just skip it and suffer. Lately I’ve been trying to at least start my day with a supplement drink and it’s been better. Baby steps
