A recruiter sent me a message at midnight last night. I didn’t answer till 10am today, but this has me wondering— do recruiters decide when to send these in mail messages on LinkedIn? Or is LinkedIn controlling the flow sometimes?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? For Machine learning engineer roles, what are the coding interview rounds like? Are they more ML algorithm based coding or DS/trees/graph related?

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

I’m at PE ops but I’m interested in deal work. If recruiters reach out to me before my 1 year mark should I take them or wait it out? Worried about how it’ll look on my resume as a “job hopper” or if my current team will be upset

Has anyone been given an offer or received further movement on their application after a month or more from your last interview? Not sure if it’s odd that the company reached out after my final round interview to have a call and “discuss next steps” but then they haven’t responded to me since I’ve followed up (I’ve poked 3 times every 11 days or so but I plan to leave it be now until they respond).

7ARM - 4.25% interest rate
30 fixed - 4.75 % interest rate

Banker is recommending 7ARM but wanted to get general opinion as well.
