About how long did it take to receive an offer from JPMorgan Chase? I completed my last interview a week ago and haven’t heard back. Can I assume I will not be getting an offer?

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?
