Damn! Why you got so many credit cards? Doesn’t that adversely affect your credit score? I have two and feel like it’s very sufficient. But then again, I’m also not taking advantage of free miles/points. But is it worth the hassle to keep applying, dinging your credit and having to manage more credit cards? Genuinely curious.
Apply for a credit card that gives a welcome bonus. You are essentially trading the small ding in your score for the bonus. Score will take a month or two to recover. Takes that long to get the bonus anyway. Then you can do it again with the next card. It’s essentially supplemental income.
If you already have a Marriott card (either Amex or Chase), you’ll not get the sign up bonus - so just watch out for it. CSP is a better card IMO and 60k points is a pretty sweet deal
Do you already have the CSR? Stick to the chase points over the Marriot. The Marriott points aren't worth nearly as much as they are giving you and they have been devalued 3 times in the last three years. Chase are available everywhere and not restricted.
Also maximize your furniture by getting it at the right places for cheaper. If you're just setting up a house/apartment. Try one of the new design services like havenly. They also get great deals on products so you can actually save money.
What about chase’s business card?
I would get the chase sapphire preferred. They have an 80k points signup bonus right now and those points can be transferred to hotels/airlines
