Accenture what salary should I expect as an external hire for the tech advisory consultant role for Chicago

Decision on google offer: Cracked a google role with a team I REALLY want to work with. Unfortunately it is an L6 role and push for L7 has been fruitless. I am currently a 2nd year AP and most APs of my tenure exit to Google at L7. Plus the comp offered by them is 10-15% below my current comp. Finding myself very conflicted as I am not feeling happy accepting the offer, neither am I feeling happy saying no. How do couples share dining out expenses ? Before my current relationship I was happy to go 50:50. My current boyfriend easily has 4 drinks with a meal (I have one) and, being a big guy, eats at least twice of what I eat. For me an entree is enough. So I have been going through multiple rounds of interviews - I’m 4 weeks into the process and I have already gotten 4 rejections. Here’s what I have learnt (sharing in case it’s helpful) ..

Is taking a PE OPs FP&A role worth it? It’s at a growth equity shop with ~2B AUM. About a 25% increase in pay but WLB will suffer from Corp Fin. Would it look better on my resume? Projected Hours?
