Accepted a Big4 workforce transformation consulting position at SA1 level with approx 2 YOE (also in workforce trans - joined first firm as a campus recruit) for 95K in NYC. Does this salary offer sound right or did they lowball me?

I’m nervous to start selling insurance in an only -commission position although I hear these are the most lucrative. Would you insurance agents out there recommend a newbie insurance agent accept an only commission position? Please let me know

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department.
