Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

“What do you do when a junior account member starts barking orders at you” or “how do you respond to a client who asks for things you don’t agree with.”
These questions help me understand how you treat other people not in your circle, if you have any patience for mentorship, and to see if you can fit well with my clients.
Ohhh these are great! Definitely saving these for a later date.
A couple of interview questions I typically ask of creatives:
1) How do you like to work with your Account leadership to align on client/campaign goals? Can you share an example?
2) How do you handle negative feedback from a key client stakeholder? Can you share an example?
3) What is a good example of a time you had to collaborate with other teams, like tech/dev, analytics, or media to develop a robust campaign?
You might ask them to define ‘big idea’ and give you best examples. And why they are critically important. Also ask them about the role of insights. Sounds easy but you might be surprised by how many don’t get it, and are executionally driven.
What’s a campaign you like and why? I want to understand their thought process and see how articulate they are at discussing work.
Do you consider yourself lucky?
