Actually two company (companyA and Rategain) interviews got completed in parallel, Rategain completed first and I asked them 16 LPA as Initially I had 13 LPA offer, and they are preparing but have not yet shared anything. Other companyA offer got completed in between and they gave 17 LPA fixed

So should I convey to Rategain recruiter that I have not got 17 LPa and I seek 19 LPA now 😂. or first I should I take offer from them and convey them later?

Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
