First firm I'm working at that doesn't give a "Firm Logo" gift! LOL - normally there's a breakfast or lunch. In the past we had it stretched out for the week. A little surprise Mon-Fri. Sadly most, if not all, attorneys completely ignore it (at least my experience over the past 5 years).First firm I'm working at that doesn't give a "Firm Logo" gift! It wasn't always the case in the past!

I've only ever had one office/executive celebrate it. I truly don't care if they do or not.
Having an Admin day just seems like pandering to our feelings. Offering us fluff instead of showing true appreciation. If they think Admins are worth all that, let it be reflected in our pay and how we're treated.

Last year we got a mandatory 2 hour training. It was bad. The year before, we got lunch and a gift card. I've never really cared about the day either way, to be honest. At my company, it's the supervisors giving us something, the execs we support, or at least the ones I do, don't acknowledge it.
My team is notorious for being “too busy” and forgetting. I really don’t care. But there are those that do nothing and are showered with gifts, flowers, lunches etc. it’s kind of embarrassing honestly.
