Another important piece of context: the position the candidate was applying for was on a team that specifically handles work for NGO/development clients and would involve working on campaigns with the immunocompromised AND working on multiple different public health campaigns. 🤦‍♀️ Being an anti-vaxxer would be a very obvious disqualifier, although I thought that would be obvious and I didn’t think to include it in the job description. 😅

That is absolutely incredible and proves common sense is less common than you’d think hahahah.

It also shows that they’re desperate and did not read the job description because they are “spraying and praying” their job applications 😂

Like if you're legit anti-vax keep it to yourself. What a stupid thing to be your quirky personality trait.

Moving office space to a primarily virtual-office membership which allows for more remote opportunities - any suggestions as to what to look for, be wary of, and perquisites we could ask for that aren't otherwise advertised? A friend told me they will often add additional conference room time at no extra cost - we are looking to minimize our spending as we rebuild and refocus perspective during the unending pandemic.

Just curious. Does Salesforce hire based on skill or ability to learn? I was interviewing with another company as a Salesforce BA and with Salesforce themselves. I got an offer from Salesforce. But the other company rejected me after final round because they wanted someone with more SF experience. I let both places know my skill level from the beginning and they both had same YOE required.

So my husband and I decided to go back to our original plan and starting to try for a baby next month. My daughter will be 18 months old and it’s been a struggle with work and her in general with covid and no daycare or outside help. I’m down to part time hours already with the intention of her hopefully being able to go to daycare in the summer or fall. I really want to complete my family but worry about not having help with two kids. Plus I dk how long it could take to get pregnant this time

Lost sense of maximizing points/mileage value for int’l flights. Why is Detla redeeming so much more for some routes than Chase UR and even other partner airlines? E.g. non-stop economy btw Detroit-Seoul // Delta redeeming 160k on its own route while Chase UR 123k & Korean Air 80k for same route (code share)... I get it all depends on timing but still weird directly using Delta Skymiles on its own Delta route is more expensive than going through other methods....
