It probably wasn't just money. Whatever issues or reasons or personalities that made you want to leave will still exist after the raise. Is a little more money worth it?

I’d be shocked if they offered anything more than a $10k raise.
80-120 is rough range for sr cws in Atlanta. I’d ask for 100 but plan on being offered less than that. If you love your team and you’re making good work, may be worth staying put. Only a few places in town making work that will build your book.
