Advice on how to handle this situation. I hired someone who I have helped alot to grow, teaching, coaching, mentoring. I thought she respected me and always approached me for questions but today she was part of a training I was presenting, and she was not muted, and everyone heard her say "oh, now, she wants us to turnon our cameras im not doing that" once she said that everyone followed her and I lost participation frm othe attendees. I feel disrespected. It changes how I viewed her.

I signed for a new job two months ago and will start next month (3 mo notice period in Europe). I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity.
