A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I was laid off back in August and I have been trying to get a product/UX/UI job ever since then. With the recession and all of the crazy things that are happening right now it has been even harder.

Any ideas for discouraging students from using Google translate, or like services? I tell students they need to rely on their brains, after all it is the original computer. Ask “What would they do if they have no signal, in a foreign country and are lost?” They continue to use it. How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position. Four people on my brand team have been promoted (across levels and departments, but none in PM).
