After 30 years of working in logistics, I am happy to announce that I retire soon! I taked to my boss about retirement plans and he told me that our company actually does offer some benefits for people who worked more than a certain number of years, I forget how many... but I'll be with my family and will get to save up some money as well!

Happy to be the first to offer you wholehearted congratulations! Your retirement is well earned. Keep your lines of contact open even after you leave the business, and you will be in great shape if you ever need to return or someone you know needs a recommendation. It's not what you know sometimes as much as who you know!

Hey that's awesome! Congrats on a long career and I hope you get to reap the benefits of retirement

30 years. Wow. Sounds like so long for someone just starting their career haha

Hope you enjoy retirement!

Enjoy your well-deserved retirement. Can't wait to get there!

Woohoo! Enjoy your retirement :)

30 years, that's amazing!! I bet you have some stories to tell. Congratulations!

30 years, you've sure seen some ups and downs in your time huh? Good job on making it through. I'm sure it felt like you couldn't handle any more some days (or weeks) but you did it!!!

They just posted it without asking me, letting me know, or even mentioning my credits. Is this legal?

It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
