After 5 months of job searching, I still haven't been able to secure an offer despite applying, attending interviews, and continuously improving my skills.

I have 1.4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and MySQL, and I'm actively looking for React, MERN Stack, Frontend, or Full Stack Developer opportunities.

Has anyone been given an offer or received further movement on their application after a month or more from your last interview? Not sure if it’s odd that the company reached out after my final round interview to have a call and “discuss next steps” but then they haven’t responded to me since I’ve followed up (I’ve poked 3 times every 11 days or so but I plan to leave it be now until they respond).

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?
