All my emails are for some wild reason going into spam, and I didn't see one from a recruiter who was inviting me to an interview. I received this email 4 days ago, but I just responded with my availability. As a recruiter, do you give candidates a buffer period to respond, or do you expect to hear back immediately? I really hope I didn't blow this chance.

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?
