I've been waiting ever since for an announcement but nothing so far. I don't know if they scrapped it or are still waiting for the right time. If you were in my place, how would you bring it up or ask about it considering 'you weren't eavesdropping on this conversation'.

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Should I start panicking or simply start looking elsewhere? They even they even told me if I was looking elsewhere or planned on doing so also. I found it weird in a way.
