Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

I do my best, he doesn’t know how hard is keeping a Google Translate tab open on my browser all day long, he doesn’t know when people look to you because you sound “funny”.
