I applied for a mailroom clerk position with Kaiser Permanente. I was amazed to have received a reply from Kaiser within a matter of hours.
What I dont understand is the email stated that my qualifications does not match up with what Kaiser is looking for?? Really??
I was once a mailroom/distribution Supervisor and pretty much skills and knowledge as noted in my resume aligns with the skills noted in their job posting.
So full of it!

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

I recently had two interviews with a director and a manager for Sr. associate role (DS&AI) at PwC. And then, I was asked to interview with another director. All in all, the interviews went well. But I haven’t heard back anything yet! The directors told me that they are in dire need of people and are hiring like crazy! With the current hits to the stock market, and a serious recession outlook, is PwC still gonna hire people ? If I were given an offer, is it a good idea to join the firm ?
