I have a total experience of 3.3 years. I have been working as technical customer success manager from last 2 years where I work handle accounts and work on some technical part of business analysis using SQL, EXCEL, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Figma, Jira etc with package of 8.0 LPA. In my previous company I worked as business analyst with similar tools mentioned above.
Currently, I am holding offer of 16LPA from Udaan. Shall I go with it or look for some better offer ?

Hi all - I'm looking for help defining our rating scale in terms of our company values. We rate on a 5-point scale of Unsatisfactory to Exceptional Performance. We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I’m seeking advise from fishers. My brother in law is going to university next year. He was engineering (which is one of the worse decisions someone can do from my experience LOOL). I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! And this degree is picking up a lot of traction’s across tech. More thoughts in the comments
