If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. I’m 36, no college degree but have worked my way through banking/AP roles for 3PL, have been with a tech startup since April as their AR Specialist. I applied for AP Specialist role but they offered AR to me & reassured me that I was the perfect fit for it. I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
