Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

My bonus was very good. And no layoffs….
Core tax here. Joined halfway through the fy. Bonus was about 4%, salary went up 1.5%. Very disappointing considering busy season hours and feedback. I know the group isn’t collections based but was expecting more than the bare minimum. Looking to jump ship

First, not down in almost any group. Most up double digits. Yes, if you came to hear crazy bonus, 140% of base here. Everything better now?

I was really happy with my bonus. Not as high as last year but I was happy to work less than last year.

Hard to be underwhelmed when total compensation is formula driven and is transparent enough for you to know +/-5% of what it is going to end up being.

Well good thing this isn't the tax bowl.
I can tell you mine was only 5% of accrued wages and I felt swindled; (had 4/5 rating, best being 5, and 98% utilization)
What group are you in?
Not a down year, still worth the hype. Double what I was making in Big4 without the politics
Overall market was down, but A&M was about flat in TAG. So based on collections like always but a lot of people killed it like usual
First year associate TAG - 42% bonus. Utilization was around 79%.

I joined mid 2021, got a sign on and some extra bonus at YE, wasn’t a lot but I was not expecting so pretty happy. This year, my bonus is ~65% of my base, plus 4% salary increase and 5% of base and bonus in 401k. I’m over the moon.
