Insight timer app and start with 2-3 min meditations with the goal of doing it daily for 8 weeks. 8 weeks changes the grey matter in your brain, in about 2 weeks you start to notice the benefits. It’ll eventually turn to 5, then 10, then 30 and so on.
I meditate to forget... maybe you forgot this while meditating.
I meditate for the stillness.
Headspace is how I started, now I do free flow. It’s as life changing for your mind as exercise is for your body.
