I am working in Schneider Electric, Its been 1.5 years for me here, I have total 3.5 YOE . My Senior says that stay in this networking domain for some years and learn about product which we are working on, it will make you expert and since domain and product is no going anywhere in next 15 - 20 years, we will be always secure in Job. IS THIS CORRECT? BECAUSE ITS DESKTOP application (C# old stack) and I wont grow salary wise if I stay there for many years obviously

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.
