Amazon i am trying to get a job there as a tax analystSo i just spoke on the phone with the recruiter and he told me the salary bonus and RSUs. Its my first ever opportunity at a tech company. If i get the offer do I have room to negotiate for more RSUs or something? He mentioned the salary/bonus can only go to a certain range like as close to 100k as possible but he didn’t mention how if the RSUs had wiggle room. Have any of yall negotiated either of those after they gave an offer and succeeded
